The Greens

since 1965

Tom Morris envisioned a development called The Greens, featuring homes, a golf course, country club, and more, located on 591 acres near the future Mercy Hospital. Early home construction began in 1962, with concentrated development around NW 125th Street and Saint Andrews Drive starting in 1965.

The Greens is a centrally located, family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to The Kilpatrick Turnpike, The Hefner Parkway, and nearby amenities like Quail Springs Mall, Mercy Hospital, and Lake Hefner Trails. Residents enjoy recreational options, including a city park known as the Tot Lot with playgrounds and open fields, as well as proximity to The Greens Country Club, offering golf, tennis, and swimming. Housing options range from custom duplexes to luxury homes, making it a versatile community for all needs.

The Greens Neighborhood Association focuses on improving and beautifying the neighborhood, preventing crime, and fostering community relationships among the 827 homes within one square mile. Membership is voluntary, with annual dues supporting efforts like beautification and welcoming new neighbors, and members can join or get involved through various volunteer activities. The Association is separate from The Greens Country Club, which is a private club open to all, regardless of neighborhood residency.
